I have called customer care and requested to close my idea broadband connection on 22nd jan 2016. After that I got call on 27th Jan 2016 from back-end team, I told them that i want to close my idea broadband connection. I had already cleared all the dues & bills. I call customer care multiple times to close the connection still no response. However till date I wasn’t got any email or confirmation from idea broadband that your connection is closed. Now today 2nd mar 2016, I got mail from idea broadband to pay the bill for feb-2016 month for which I havn’t used internet. This is seriously very very pathetic service from idea broadband. I am requesting for closing the connection and they keep on telling that your service will be closed in next 24 or 48 hours.
Its almost 2 month I requested to close my connection and no response. This is the real example of bad service and mismanagement.
Please requesting to you help..and take action against bad service.
