I had requested for the conversion of Service at IDEA from Postpaid to Prepaid.
I was asked to visit the IDEA store and fill the required form.
I visited the store on 17 July’16 @ around 3 PM and filled the form from Postpaid to Prepaid service conversion. [Recipt Num = 100604004882] . I had also paid 100 Rs for the Bill usage til 17 July. The IDEA representative asked for money to process the request. I denied offering the same and said if it is required I will get a call from IDEA for the same.
On 18 July’16 @ around 4 PM i received a Call from IDEA confirming about the Request from Postpaid to Prepaid conversion. When I confirmed over the same. The PostPaid Sim was blocked in next 15 mins.
I thought the Prepaid sim would have started, But on inserting the sim in Phone., I was not getting any signal.
Upon calling the CustomerCare, they responded saying that your documents have not reached us hence we cannot do anything.
It has been 48 hrs now since neither of the sim is working / receiving signals.
Upon calling customercare I receive the same reply everytime and on top of that they are very rude.
My point is if they didnot receive the documents, why did they stop a working sim which was on Postpaid service.
I need a resolution as soon as possible.
