Dear Sir,

Kindly note that we have issued corporation connection from Idea and used one month. After one month when I saw the bill I am surprised due to heavy bill amount so then I convert the Idea postpaid no 9990342227 to prepaid and paid Rs. 328/- + Rs. 40/- for new sim for prepaid.

but still bills are raised for postpaid continually and still prepaid no is not activated by Idea.
