Idea mobile Network is worst, at chembur the company is installing cell site since last year 2011, but till today no person of theirs visits for checking the signal stength , at the location where signal strength is low.
The complaints to their customer care takes complaint and immediatly sends message without resolving the network problem,that they have resolved the problem.
This Idea cellular company fails to give the desired service but does not forget to charge its charge.
Idea is worst and takes help of airtel network which also has the same low network signal therefore both companies are cheating the Common mobile consumer.
