Name of company/service: idea/3g net connection

Dear sir,
i have bought a 3g sim from idea cellular,but from the very 1st day,i am unable to operate it….company salesman is saying that i must reboot my laptop for proper functioning and also that i must disable my anitivirus…..it is 100% illogical…..and they are not returning my money which i paid for security.please help me.
