I enrolled my spouse for PG Diploma in Clinical research in ICRI in the year 2011 and I paid 1,50,000. The institute has promised for campus recruitment. The course was supposed to end by Sep 2012. Neither they finished the curriculum nor they conduct the exam to award the certificate. Now, they have shut the office in Begumpet. Expecting a good job and nice salary, I borrowed the loan from Credila and have been paying the EMI since then. I need the money back. Could someone help me know the procedure for legal proceedings? Does consumer forum helps ever getting the money back from the fraud institute?
