ICICI insurance company fail to pay the service on time

My Name is Amit Kumar and my ICICI motor insurance policy number is 3005/ 2010042790 /B/ 0000000743. My policy recovered request number is MOT02573534, which is given me on June 17 via sms. And now the till date my complaints is still stuck, not resolved by the company. Only half portion of the bike has been repaired and rest of the part still remained. Due to this inconvenience i suffered a loss of money. ICICI company recommended a SK TVS Mayapuri service station to recover my bike.
