Hi Sir/Madam,
I am getting continuous call from a person representing him as an employee of ICICI.As per his statement
someone from my family either my uncle or my father took a loan of 3L and not returning back and it is pending for last 3 years.
There was no definite indication about that person’s identity.Even my cousin got a similar
call from the same person.He is using abusive words and calling us with different numbers.
My cousin was been threatened and he recorded some part of that conversation.Even one of my
Maternal cousin got a similar call where he was been stated that we did some fraud with ICICI Bank.
This is really a dissapointing Incidence .I am not sure till what extent they will progress.First of all,
This was not expected from a Brand with name as ICICI. Definitely upper management of such esteemed organisation
do not indulge them in such practise. I am not aware of such Loan and moreover how can they
track our mobile number.Even the person is aware of my Company’s location.Moreover ICICI should deal
with the person who took Loan and should not be in confused state while identify the correct person.They should not bother us
during working hour with abusive Language where we are not related with the issue.
I belive in Law and Order and an organisation like ICICI should go in a Legal way to track such issue.
If they are confident about their version then they should have got adequate evidence to go in a Legal route but instead
they are giving a cheap show.
This is my earnest request to ICICI not to be unethical in their approach. I discussed this with many people
and they are now scared.This sort of issue impacts Companies growth in a long run .I would not expect any further call
and if I get it, then I will go for Legal proceedings against ICICI and i ll fight till end even if cost me a lot because I
come from a Decent Family and I earn my Livelihood from a very respectful Workplace and that is why I will not Tolerate
any rubbish.
