ICICI don’t provied to me NOC against my Bike Loan

Dear Sir,
I have taken a Herohonda Super Splender by the help of ICICI finance.And deposited 36 no. of cheque against loan(RS:1121.00).It is clearing perfectly from the first instalments.
ICICI isue a latter for the month of Feb 2009 that dear ashok please provied us alternative cheque/cash from feb 2009 onward pending instalments.
From that day i am clearing instalments at every months.
An colection agent MR.Rajeswor Nandi also taken all the instalments and also taken extra mony rs:6000.00 aginst my loan account no:LTBHK00009183362 for clearing all the instalments.Nandi still not clearing, when i am asking him please provied me my mony or noc.
Inbetwin at 2009 end when i toled him that now i am taking NOC.And at that time he toled me that u have pending anather 05 instalments for the year of feb 2008.I am asking how? because at that time Bhadrak Co-operative Bank update my passbook and mensioned that your 05 no. of cheque we are already payment, if ICICI claimed they will not recived please provied us Bounched cheque, after that we will provied your deducted mony.
ICICI don’t agery to provied me that bounched cheque.
What can i do?
Now ICICI charged ODBC.
Regarding this problem bhubaneswar branch manager also discused with me “ashok please provied me a undertaking that in future don’t ask against 05 no. of cheque after that we will send a approval latter RS:9000, after that NOC provided to you.
Please help me?
