ICICI Bank Provogue watch fraud offer

Hi,
As per the ICICI bank provogue watch offer

I have ordered below item and it shows order complete status but not yet received my item. ORDER No : 133083319
Send mail to [email protected] but never received any response from bank as well.
Even provogue customer care number is also not working : 022-65565544

This looks fruad offer from ICICI Bank and Provogue to get the 300 Rs from customer as shipping charge and not to deliver the product.
