Dear Sir, I have already lodged complaints against ICICI Bank Ltd. 11 years ago I took home loans from this bank@ floating rate of interest for 20 years. Whenever rate of interest increased they applied that % of interest, so EMI amount gone high.But when home loan interest decreased they didn’t rectify that rate of interest. I asked executive of that Bank to rectify but they asked me to give some lump sum amount for that but they didn’t show me written documents. Last year 2017 I am lastly home loan Balance transfer to Bajaj finserve. Already I have paid More than Loan amount to ICICI Bank. I want proper justice.
