Sir, I have been given credit card from (CENTURION BANK) ICICI bank and I need to pay the balance to close these credit cards. Last 5 payments I have made is adjusted towards interest, late fee payment etc., and I have harassed by these banks by calling ten times in a days. I requested for a statement from past 5 YEARS since Please help me out in this regards. I will file a detailed complaint in this regard if necessary guidance is given to me.
