Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchase Iberry AXUS AX03G Tablet + Phone on 24th dec.12 I facing following problem 1. Screen has one blue dot mark 2. On/off Key not working properly 3. Touch pad not fixing properly 4. Battey back up not more than two hours I was complain may time to iberry customer care I had hand over my tap in two times still he not resolve. still my tap In Iberry service center i had hand over tservice center on 17.01.13 he told wait another 10days he not respond well please help get new tap or refund kindly help me still I not use in my tap when I purchase from date

    Hi,

    Same problems here, please raise a ticket with iberry, but the response will be poor.
