   hi
   i know what ur facing i suggest you make a video
   showing these issues and upload on youtube that is the best medicine for iberry they have done it 6 months ago.
   Now as far as the charge time issue is concerned its due to the charging pin touching the chassis and troubling with the touch screen digitiser.
   it is a common issue rest 3g and dual core issues when company claims its quadcore you can make the video.
   company like iberry are cheats and practise non ethical buisness tricks.

   Dude, just turn ON the 3G from the homescreen widget..only then the sim will start working..i got this clarification from iberry after i sent the mail..

   the imei shows only after enabling the sim..

   charging issue is not there for me when i hold the tablet in my hand while charging.. and the android system info and z4 test clearly shows quadcore 4412 samsung processor…

   dont know why all are concerned on cribing…talk to them and get it clarified..

   im thankful to iberry for getting me a quadcore tablet from india with full support so I cant digest anyone speaking bad about them…

   Hi Manjunath,

   Yes i did the same way… but the IMEI info is missing, even i tried *#06#, no info there, so it fails to register on airtel network.

   Hi Manjunath,

   In your case the imei number was there and it worked for u..but, in my case there is no imei number at all… I tried the following method to find imei,
   1. *#06#
   2. Settings > About tablet PC > status
   3. ES task manager > system info
   4. On the package box and on the tablet back cover and in user manual

   but not found.

   Hi, the core X4 tablet got switched off due to low battery and did not switch ON after that even charging for more than 4 hrs. However the LED is showing only RED now.. can anybody comment or help on this

   the reset button is there between sim slot and memory slot. A small hole which if you press using a pin, will start the tab.

   It’s poor that I didn’t get any resolution to my inside issue. These are half cooked third quality tablets imported from China.I’ve seen the same tablet with duel core processor and 7000 Mha battery.

    M Siva, I sympathise with you. My iberry auxus 3g had a similar problem. It just stopped charging even after many hours on the charger. It would just show a red battery on the screen. I arranged for a pick up which was such a struggle and took 3 weeks. 2 days later, they told me that my screen was broken and I have to pay Rs.5000 to get it fixed. Of course I know my screen was not broken. These iberry are thieves, plain and simple!

    Hi Lakshmipathy,
    I am facing the same issue as yours. I saw my IMEI number initially but it disappeared suddenly and I am not able to use the SIM. Could you please let me know whether your issue is resolved? If yes, How? Any pointer would be great.

    I am using core x4 since one month and have. Not encountered any problem though i aslso feel that it is chinese but i have used samsung note n800 and i had a lot of problem with that tab the fingers were imprinted on the screen as i touched back and camera issues regularly Encountere d. I sold it for just 20000 and then buyed iberry core x4 though my father use ipd mini i didnt find any tablet better than that

    @ M Siva , I have also faced the same problem . while charging red LED is glowing , % of charging was not increasing . Then I bought another charger locally , then it started charging. From this I understood that the ” company ” is providing a low quality charger to their customers . If you are still facing charging issues , try the same.

    I feel cheated after buying this product, after a lot of hassle my battery charger is fixed. For new users not recommended, its waste of money. I think if you are ready to spend 16K then can definity increase your budget to get some quality product like Samsung,Apple etc. Keep away from iBerry…

    The history of my iberry Corex4 bought in Feb 2013 :

    Day 1 : Needed to be shipped back to service centre to diagnose a screen issue within just 2 hours of powering up!
    Got a replacement piece after 10 days.
    March 2013 : Speaker dead, and the default music player application starts up automatically, at random intervals. Handed over to the service centre after a fortnight of trials and errors as suggested by the tech team. Delivered back “repaired” after 10 days.
    April 2013 : Same problem again – dead speaker and music player app starting up on its own!
    29th of April : Debugging with the service team on phone. No result. Shipped back to the service centre.
    Now wanting to claim a refund. If the company obliges willingly, no issues. Else, the consumer court seems to be the way to get my money from iBerry for a sub-standard product and some service centre guys who want me to observe their “rules”.

    To all my friends who have complaints/ queries/ concern for iberry..
    Let me just tell you it is better if you can accept that you have purchased a wrong product and whatever complaints you have will never be solved by iberry, and if at all you have replacement request then please forget. Iberry is my worst experience ever!!

    i had the same issue, the tablet did not start after 1st charging, the sim insertion switches off the tablet, the touch stopped working in the next week, i raised a ticket the support team said they are booked and courier the tablet, when i did the same they said the touch functionality is gone…….and i need to pay another 5000…..told them to f…k off….do not get carried away by indian based and all that crap…the guy just runs another scam..

    I have purchased corex4 from microsys,chennai. the system goes of offen. there is charging problem and softwware problems. if you call customer service center, they will not give thier address. they are cheating. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AND OTHER DEVICES SOLD IN THE NAME IBERRY. TOLL FREE NUMBER IS ALSO HUMBUG. Go for standard tablets.
    i have problem in loading software. customer is at stake.only loss of money and weariness.
    DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT IN THE NAME OF IBERRY.
