My Name is Mitesh Dave – user of Iball Slide 3G-7334,

last month I purchased 2 Iball Slide 3G-7334 Tablets,

Initially I was very happy with the product and refereed to many friends and family to purchase the same,

But recently I have been experiencing very bad battery performance,

One tablet provides approx, 18 to 22 hrs battery backup on approx 5 to 7% of blueetooth, Wifi and 3G use,

& the other one batttery hardly lasts for 8 hrs,

I tried to contact Iball Office in Ahmedabad and some marketing people, who said Its not there Job, I should talk to toll free no. provided,

I have been calling toll free no. frequently but no reply.

I am highly disappointed by after sales service, and the way I am treated as customer.

I was planning to gift one to my brother next month on his birthday, and also looking for A4 Note of Iball for my wife who is a doctor, but i doubt now on my experience with Iball as a Company,
