I was new to Hyderabad & when shifted on the first day itself i requested for new connection from tikona by seeing the number from the paper pasted to my gate.
on May 10 i paid money the person who came for collecting money promised that connection will be installed in 8hours. From the time he is not answering my call.
After 3 days i received a mail from tikona i called to cc by seeing the number in mail they told that installation will take 3 days from payment. i received mail on 13 may i waited up to 28 may but still the connection was not installed. i placed a request that to cancel my connection on 28 may as they fail to install the connection. Now tikona out of money what i paid 1200 just sent 600 & the remaining amount will not be refunded as i cancel the connection

Important points
1. Wrong promise to install the connection within 8 hours.
2. Not answering call after receiving payment.
3. Fail to install the connection even after 18 days from payment.
4. Company fail to follow the policy of their own to install the connection within 3 days.
5. Company says its their policy to charge if customer cancel the connection from their part.
6. The connection was not still installed by the time of cancelling i.e., by 28 may.
7.no reply even after many calls and many emails @ keeping my call on hold & finally disconnecting & i had lost about 150 rupees calling to tikona @ 022-33998888 & i had spent more than 8 hours calling tikona at toll-free number.
Finally my request is to refund my amount back & to take action on the company for making such false promises & cheeping people on the name of polices.
Policy should be followed in every aspect company fail to follow its own policy in installation @ how can it follow the policy in holding my amount as cancelation charges
i request you please do need full and solve my issue as soon as possible
