hello myself dr rakesh kumar.my mobile no is 9015912689.i want to change my services from reliance to vodafon portability.i obtain cod from reliance submiited my req documents to vodafon services around 15 june.a massage from vodafon come & they say to me that my port req RD881943 rejected by reliance.i suffered very much by reliance.please help me in change of service providers reliance to vodafon.thankig you
