My husband ordered JBL TEMPO headphones on my birthday.
HE paid Rs.1990/- .
when I opened the box, I saw there was headphones where one ear side open and other side was normal and I got doubt and so I tested by inserting in my SAMSUNG ANDROID phone. BUT THE HEADPHONES WERE NOT WORKING.
i COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THROUGH EMAIL.
i GOT A REPLY BY STATING THAT “WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE”
wHAT THE HELL WITH YOU GUYS.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PHYSICAL DAMAGE. i REALLY NOT UNDERSTAND.
WHEN OPENED THE BOX AT FIRST MOMENT ITSELVES, THAT HEADPHONES WERE CAME LIKE THAT. SOMEONE PACKED ALREADY DAMAGED PRODUCT.
HOW AM i LOOKING TO YOU…….HOW CUSTOMERS LOOKING TO YOU….GUYS….SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT i EVER FACED.
I’M A FREQUENT ONLINE USER WHO ORDERED SO MANY PRODUCTS TILL NOW AND I EVER FACED LIKE THIS WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF THIS JBL.
PLEASE ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITY.
WHOEVER IT MAY BE..YOUR HIGHER OFFICIAL WAS RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER ISSUES.
IF IT HAPPENS TO ONE CUSTOMER, IT DEFINITELY HAPPENS TO MANY CUSTOMERS AND I DONT WANT IT HAPPEN.
I DONT WHAT YOU PEOPLW WILL DO. I NEED PROPER RESOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE WITHER REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT OR EXCHANGE WITH PROPER HEADPHONES.
WHATEVER I’M ASKING WAS REASONABLE. IF YOU ARE NOT SUPPORTING WITH THAT, THEN I NEED YOUR BIG BOSS…TO ANSWER MY (CUSTOMER) ISSUE.
WHY TO MAKE SO MANY PRODUCTS IF THEY ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY AND WHY TO TRY BUILD YOUR BUSINESS WITH WORST PRODUCTS.
AND AGAIN, IM TALKING ABOUT MY ISSUE AS A CUSTOMER AS A PUBLIC.
SOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.
AND I NEED PROPER RESOLUTION ASAP.
