I have purchased shine wave model Inverter from your retailer at Space Computers, Sullurpet 524121, Nellore DT, Andhra Pradesh. On 02-06-2012 at the time of delevery the retailer has given Square Wave model instead of the medel i have selected (Shine Wave), And this is breach of trust between the Cosumer and Retailer. The Item is not working properly.The above circumstances drag me to approch you for justification. I try to speak with your retailer from purchasing date to till. but the retailer was not responding properly.
I request that your retailer may be instructed for delevery of my selected model and replaced the delevered item.
