Myself Sreekanth K, from Thrissur, Kerala, I am an employee of Edelweiss Group, I have qualified a Prague Trip from my company and the same was cordinating by Thomas Cook, For that Thomas Cook Representative arrange a biometric test on 13th September 2018, but I was in Mumbai to meet My CEO for an official meet. The mentioned even I had informed to Thomas Cook Representative and they rescheduled the biometric test on 24th September 2018, I have completed the same on 24th. But the VFS person told me, it will take minimum 20 days to process the visa that I informed to Thomas Cook Representative, but they told me we will manage, on final date 11th October 2018, your representative Mr. Sarah Gayani called me and said don’t travel today your passport is still with Delhi embassy, you should wait till tomorrow( 12th) we will trying to get your passport and will arrange flight accordingly even in Delhi, But after that no one is responding till night, finally they replied still the passport with embassy, my event is on 14th October 2018, still am waiting Thomas Cook Representative’s call.
Do you know one thing, I have achieved this Trip, because of my efforts from 1st December 2017 to 15th April 2018. I had run behind the business almost 5 months to achieve my target to participate Annual Sales Conclave in Prague. Finally I missed that because of Thomas Cook Representative’s incapability. They have 10 days time to fix my biometric test between 13th October to 24th October. But they fixed on last moment and they informed me on last moment only. This is no at fair play from your side, As a Big Company Thomas Cook doesn’t have any idea about visa pricy, why they delayed my biometric test? I need an explanation & compensation for my Big dream or my Big loss in life. For me it’s my life time achievement.
