I have purchase the one phone from online they will be showing on offer I have booked and made the payment after that I don’t get any confirmation from merchant side money sent to via PAYTM only , after that I will check the PAYTM care they side told payment has been successful here after you to touch with merchant and get back the money they team will advised , I have done the payment for UPI icici bank only I have write the mail to icici customer care they will told that register PAYTM bank UP state and please contact PAYTM , I will ask the PAYTM care they team don’t have the details for the merchant please you contact the merchant and took the refund they team will be advised please check and confirm , he telling like this more fake transaction now day happen how I can I do they help.

We are running courier delivery service and daily we are facing minimum 10-12 customers getting fake parcels I really don’t understand what to do because we are an only delivery partner, not a company but here in my city local customer will always start an argument with us but what we can do we are just delivery parcels.

we have recharged delivery platforms also n number of times. the amount is deducted from our account but we dont get the refund. sick of following up with the customer service. thinking of finding the email of senior manager and mailing them finally.
