dear sir,
i mr bipin mahato s/o janardhan mahato r/o abc tarun nagar buy a tata indica dls in year 2006 bearing registration no-as01-4895 from abhisek motors guwahati,i do my service smootly with abhisek motors but last time i gave my vechle in ghosh broters on 23/05/2011 for general check up & there is a sound in front wheel & doing dent paint of tale lamp in that time i gave running vechle and handed over to mr ramesh he i macanic of the firm (m)9954133790 he doing his job and forwarded the vechile to mr pranab (supervisor of paint)(m)9954206639 but he did not do his job when i go there he always told me to wait for week your vechle will reddy then i told him why youtaking so time pls do the same he using slang langauge told me you have to wait then i again told him politly see i m suffring pls do the same bcoz my wife recenly she heart patient & i have 2 pay driver salary also after he refusing me i copaliant to g.m of workshop (m)9864208989 on dt 6/5/12 told him that sir mr pranab is doing necligence so pls get redy my vechle and give it 2 me and there is some asessories missing from my vechile showing all the thing that is missing from vechile.tellin him 2 gave my vechilewith all missing asessories such as(front tyre,car cd player ,speakers,all sides bit eye brow, digital watch) as earlier to me i m suffering he told me to wait for aweek you get your vechile after that when i call him he never received my phone after that i lodge acomplaint 2 tata motors coplaint desk via mail & igot a complaint no1-16851073101,sir pls help i m in deep problem
