I have ordered a Advanta Designer Cooktops Marble 3 Burner Gas stove on 9/07/2012.I made the payment of Rs.3562 through online transaction.They promised to send the product in 12-13 days to my home address,but till date there is no response from their side.I have called them many times but they arent giving any proper information.
Same goes with another product superware 12 pc melamine orange flower dinner set , i ordered that product on 12/07/2012 , made an online payment, they send me a msg that the product will be shipped in 4-5 days ,till date there is no response.
