i didnt get my deposit back

Name of company/service: tatadocomo

My name is vishal khadake I have taken the post paid connection of tataphotonplus with deposit 1000 rupees.I have terminated the connection long ago 1st feb 2012 after that i have send them lots of mail but no one is bothered to reply also.i need help from your side to get back my deposit.
