I was using the unlimited internet postpay plan of Rs 950/month, at the early 10 days of my serviced i have downloaded the content and finished my 6GB data for which i am supposed to get high speeds,
after that (03/07/12) i was getting a speed of 35 to 40 kbps, which is lees than a mobile internet, i have complaint about it (complaint number 316522069), they have called me and discussed certain things, and after 2-3 days, they said your complaint is resolved and closed, and when my complaint was resolved, i was not even able to connect to internet.
I have again complained (complain number 318246049) but they sent me a mail, like we tried to reach you.
and finally they sent the bill for whole the month although i was not able to use the service due to non-resolution of complaint for a good 18 days (3rd july to 20th july). Finally all tired of service i have terminated my connection.
