I am aregistered customer with ID no 28677175 I am not getting signal for watching TV though I have paid the monthly required fees in well advance .I have communicated to the customer care center but they are not attending , thus depriving me of value of money that I have paid in advance for past three days

I am a resident of Ghatsila Mobhander Qr No STB -14. I am a registered customer with ID no 28677175.I am not getting the signals from the cable for past three days. I have registered a complaint to the customer care but they are not responding to the complaint and I am deprived of TV viewing for past three days.Requsted for early actoin
