My parents was in search of a groom for me. But we never directly contacted Humsafar Matrimony. Sandeep (9691233111) from Humsafar Matrimony, Indore contacted my Parents .He asked us to become a paid member. To which we refused at the initial level, but they kept on calling us non stop and finding my parents innocent and eager to find groom for me at the earliest cheated us and told him that he had some 50-60 profiles matching mine and they are eager to contact us but for that they required us to get registered with them.. My dad being very innocent and very simple guy paid this bastard the amount.
And then I have been continously trying to follow up with these fellows for the Log in ID and Password but maximum time they dont pick the call and moreover when they do, they speak rudely to us as in it is a unpaid facility and we are bothering them.
I did got the ID password once , but than it never worked after i used it once. In fact to the shock of my knowledge the e-mail id mentioned in the profile was fake, it was neither my id nor my dad’s. when cross questioned they said it hardly matters. but there was some wake id mentioned in there. All my details were wake and fake.
Since morning I have been trying g to call this bastard Sandeep (have also msgd him regarding calling me back or else would file a complaint on consumer forum. Even than this bastard failed to call me back. They have no fear of anything. I want justice in this , either I want my money back with the DEFAMATION amount of mentally harassing us by not responding to our calls and talking rude over the calls or send them to jail specially this bastard SANDEEP (9691233111), This is his contact no. Do anything but request you to
solve the case and provide me and my parents justice.
I too had dialogue with their concerned person in different branch of Indore (apart from where i was dealt) on the same…but was so disappointed & came to know all these guys are illiterate….and have just opened a shop of marriage bureau…….they do not care about any thing….they are just playing with public emotions & their life…
I wonder ,how these ppl got the authorization to serve this type of services even though they do not follow any criteria.(if compare them with other national level matrimonial web sites.) its strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These ppl do not know how to run these type of services,even they do not have their customer care center.
I used to give SANDEEP (9691233111) call regularly,these cheaters always promised me that they have 8-10 matched profiles for me & same would be sending by mail/courier soon.
Its been 2 months already i have not received any help on my profile and log in id passwords, and i m sure soon my services will be over as they have limited time span for that.
I wish these ppl gets punishment (stop their business from INDIA) or should be taken any valid action against them.
Requesting responsible department/person to look into seriously.
