Last few weeks have been so far my worst experience with Idea Wifi. The lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer has left me deeply wounded and in a dilemma if I am with a trustworthy Internet Service Provider or not.
My internet was down for more than 2 weeks this month and I went through a painful and humiliating ordeal to get my services restored.
> Issue with Idea Call support was redirected to GSM department who in-spite of knowing that its a glitch with Idea line refused to take my complaint or forward calls to correct department. This happened for more than 5 days. I was bluntly told to call back again in hours/days as Idea support line was messed up and routing WiFI calls to GSM
> Inspite of writing an email to idea support no one responded (refer email trail)
> When I contacted the sales team through which i got the connection. They came inspected and said that I will have to raise a ticket and they cant help me
> Finally I was able to talk to Wifi Support customer care after 7 days and I was fooled by the agent on call that some action would be taken in 2 days. No one responded in next 5 days
> It took me more than 2 weeks to get my internet restored
I have lost lot of business opportunities and loss in my dealings due to this and regret my decision to switch to Idea Wifi.
