Dear sir/madam,
August 6,2012.I will never gonna forget this date because this is the worst day of my life .on this day day i have reached to DHL EXp. INDIA LTD. Store located at south extension part-1 to sent some medicine to DUBAI. i got the information about the service and charges from the store manager.the guy ensure me that with in 48 hours this partial will deliver to its destination.
I have payed 2287.00 INR for just value of 1286.00rs. medicine.
And now the Chess begin. it has’nt deliver to its destination after 6 DAYS.
during these six days i was calling the DHL customer care ,i was tracking the courier.every time they said me that with in 48 hours it will reach or it has been given to third party delivery. I came to know that they have sent it to GERMANY by mistake,next day it came back to DUBAI.it was there at the airport for two days
Every time they had given such a ridiculous Excuses. those medicine was for may father he wanted those immediately that’s why i have chosen DHL
But with DHL my experience was too bad that i am never gonna do any kind of bussiness with DHL IT’S SERVICE IS WORST THEN ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY.
Please do the needful.
