huge delay in shipment and ignrance by cc

A shipment is supposed to deliver in Pune from patna which is forwarded from patna on 11th January 2012.
Shipment number is:- 134634489
When I tried to track it through customer care,All numbers available on site (Mumbai and patna)are either switch off or out of service.
Anyhow I made a connection with customer care (ext 6) where the customer care executive ignore my request and even not interested to listen my complain.
