This is in continuation of our regular complaint “complaint-for-the-porting-from-reliance-to-vodafone” from dated July 3rd, 2012 till date. After complaining in the forum so many times,now from the four numbers two numbers are successfully ported. but Still we are facing in the portability of the other two numbers (i.e. 9873904211 & 9899597084).
For this we called so many times to Vodafone person (Mr. Nitin- 9811918677)as he is the authorized person for porting issues from Vodafone to our company, but he mostly never picked our call or sometimes if he picked the call, he don’t have any information or updates. We still don’t have any updates for the other two numbers 1) Mob : 9899597084 Code : RD315227 Validity : 10/07/12 2) Mob : 9873904211 Code : RD313189 Validity :08/07/12.
According to the Vodafone Executive (Mr. Vivek- 9811812208)he punched the all four codes at the same time, from which two are successfully ported, but the remaining two are still pending.
Now I really want to the Vodafone higher authorities to kindly look into this matter seriously & take the relevant action immediately as we are already facing so many problems & business losses.
We are really fed up of the poor corporate services of Vodafone & Reliance. Their team never cooperate with the customers. We called both daily 100 of times for porting, but we never got the right response from them.
We want to port these numbers on an urgent basis, because we are facing loss in our bussiness due to poor service of reliance, as these numbers are related to our marketing people.
We hope you understand our problem & will take the immediate action.
Your earlier action shall be awaited..
