I was facing problem with my HTC phone, it used to get switched off automatically, so visited to customer care centre in the warranty period to rectify the issue.
However, even after keeping my phone for around 1 week, problem was not resolved and I had communicated same to HTC. I did not got satisfying answer. I changed even memory card to get the problem resolved (as per suggestion from HTC to format the same) and followed instruction as mentioned in attached documents. But problem not resolved and due to same issue, phone is not working at all. Now, for me, this phone is useless in spite of raising the issue with HTC.
I am not able to use my phone for around one week. Lost all contact details.
Phone is not working at all and I was bound to purchase new phone.
I would request to please get it replaced with same model or even with a phone of lower segment of HTC but with same features (android and 3G).
