Sir I had given my new HTC one e8 cdma/ GSM dual SIM phone for repair at Ms Asian Electronics Rajouri Garden New Delhi on 17-08-2015 as my CDMA SIM tray was broken other slot which was GSM was working perfectly. They agreed to repair the phone and took my phone and asked to wait for 1 week for repair . But they didn’t kept their promise and lingered on by saying SIM tray not available. In the course they depleted my phone and told that the other slot has also been misrepaired and now both slots are not working. Till date the phone is with them and they are unnecessary harrasing and lingering on my phone by saying SIM tray unavailable. I don’t have any other phone and my life has become difficult without my phone as there are lot of contacts in that phone . I am managing with alternate low quality old spare phone lying with for more than 22 days which is not working fine.
