HTC not replacing the Handset in whcih their is a manufacturing defect

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have purchased Handset HTC one V on 3rd June’12, my phone was dead on 18th morning I have visited the service center in Okhla-2 in Delhi. They have told me that HTC one V has manufacturing defect and many other customers are facing the same trouble and given me the customer care no 18002663566 and asked me to call them the customer care will send the DOA certificate to them and i can collect the same from service center.
When I have called the customer care they told me in next 24 hrs you will get the DOA letter and from then on the keep on expending the date today its been more than 7 days and HTC don’t have the answer of my queries I don’t know where to go service center ask me to call customer care and they say they don’t have any update. Request you to take this up with the HTC as they are selling a product which have manufacturing defect and even not able to replace the defected product.
