htc mobile no service after sales

Dear sir/Madam,

greetings!

I would like to inform you that i have purchased htc mart f3188 handset/Imei-352314030144637/Rs.9700/on date-21.06.2010.

on 15th June 2012 i deposited this handset to Redington India Lucknow for the repairing due to problem in charging point in handset.but after 45 days on 27th july I have received my handset without any repairing after too many calls to htc customer care,htc authorized service center Redington India Lucknow and mails to htc customer care.

followings are the main topics which i want to complaint.

A-On 10 th july I received a call that your handset is repaired and dispatched now you can collect your handset day after tomorrow from Redington India Lucknow.

B-I have called to htc customer care on 24th they said that you can collect hand set on 27th July.

C-After receiving hand set without repairing when i called to htc customer care to know the answer why set is not repaired they said that this handset is discontinued by company from market so repairing is not available.

Followings are my issues.
A-Why handset was delivered without repairing?
B-why it was delivered after 45 days?
C- why your customer care representative said that repairing is not possible because handset is discontinued by company?
D-now where we should go for repairing ?
E-is Htc not responsible for after sale service for the set with warranty or without warranty?

I have not received proper answer of my question.I would like to clear that again paying the money is not a matter but who will take the responsibility that this time i will get my handset repaired by service center and delivery in proper time. I need answers of following questions from your management. A-Why handset was delivered without repairing? B-why it was delivered after 45 days? I have very serous complaint about poor and pathetic service after sale by Htc.After too many calls to your customer care ,service center ,and mail to you finally Today I have received my handset without any repairing after 50 days. service center person are saying that we will send again your hand set for repairing but we will not take guarantee for repairing .they said to deposit rs. 300.00 and it will be not refunded either repaired or not repaired.Toady i have called to your customer care they said that now this is model is discontinued by company so repairing is not possible.your customer care person replied me that this is foreign mobile company and when they discontinue any handset then repairing is not possible.can you tell me if it is not possible to repair then why it is received for repairing by Lucknow service center?is the handset of htc is use and throw .if there is any problem customer should go or not go for customer care/service center,this is very clear that before purchasing htc customer should know that how many days this set will continue in market. i am very disappointed by this type of behavior and attitude by htc. I need suitable answer from any senior manager with name , designation and contact no. that what solution htc is going to provide me.

I would like to thank you for your kind reply and response.Thanks for your suggestions of new service center address. this is just like a suggestion of different doctor’s address to a serious patient.i think my handset should go to right place before your suggestion through your service center where my handset was deposited . I would like to say that really i don’t want to pull this matter so long but when i received hurting answer that service is not available because handset is discontinued by company.this type of reply was not expected by Brand like Htc.this means Htc is selling hand set which are Just use and throw . I mean if service is not available after sale that means we have to throw use less set. this is not any soft ware you can download any updated version.this is a hardware which is normally defected and required life long service.as a example Maruti 800 car and Bajaj scooter is discontinued from the market by the company but services and parts are available everywhere.planting a tree is very simple but nursing and serving is a task to get a big tree. we can not say during winter and summer that rain season has been gone and now water is not available for you. Being an MBA and employee of service industry i would like to suggest you that bringing daily a new brand in a market is not a achievement. I would like to suggest you to improve service to customer by starting services like -service on door or service on demand where your people can go to directly to your customer to collect the hand set for repairing or to collect handset for the service center.you are well aware that any person who is using HTC handset can bear this type of service expense also. you are requested to convey my kind suggestion to your country head honorable Mr.Ajay Sharma ji.if required i will speak him personally. finally i want to say that this is not a matter of end of a handset (use and Through) but a suggestion that you all should have service attitude for customer to stay in market if you don’t then don’t expect for a long time stability in market .if you will go to Google and online complaint forum you will get the right status how people are dissatisfied with your services.because after spending a big amount no one will expect poor service like this.
