Hi,
I have visited HTC service center 5 times. I purchased HTC One V 2 month ago. I faced yellow fetched color problem in purchased handset, so my handset is replaced by HTC. But during the replacement process (2 week)I was without my purchased handset and I was unable to use handset. Then in replaced handset I faced same problem. My Problem is not solved. Again I visited service center they told it will again replaced, this time I asked for some alternate handset so I can use that. They told that I can use my own set and they will start replacement process. After 2 week I went to service center after confirmation that my new handset is came to service center. After traveling 1.5 hr I reached service center and found that the send it back to there head quarter. They took 1 week again. When I visit to service center after 1 week and start the new handset. I found in service center the new handset having same problem and this time the yellow color in very dark. I called customer care and told them about the problem they are telling they can’t give me assurance that I will get good handset. I also write mails to the mail IDs given in HTC india website. Its more then 48 hr but I not get any reply. I am waiting this week for the other new handset but I am not sure that I will get handset without any problem. Please let me know what I can do.
