i bought HTC sensation from jaipur which hardly worked for 8 months.after which it started having some problems,since it was in the warrenty period i gave my set first for repairing though even after reparing it had problems thus i gave it back for replacement at salora jaipur.since then its been 2 and half months i haven’t received my set,i have been following HTC through their customer service number and everytime i call i get only one reply that “you will receive a call for the same in next 24-48 hours”,how ever they never call.i have received a mail form HTC stating that” this is the last update from our side its a confirmation mail that you will receive your handset by 22/08/2012 evening” but i haven’t received it yet.i have been calling HTC helpline number daily but i never get a positive response from them.now i have given up and i want my money back.please help me resolve my issues
