I bought a new phone htc explorer on May 5 2012.It has one year warranty but after few month there was problem in phone,so i went to service center they repair several times but the product was still not working properly.For 5 months i tried repairing but no effective result outcome.Later on 6 month of try they accepted and done replacement of it.But the replace model was defective touch does not work so i try contacting htc service center but they still dint took action just said for further repair.But for last 3 week i am going to center they say the device is not given approval for repair so i keep on contacting htc center they are least bother.
“”SO I WANT HELP ! I AM TIRED OF GOING CENTER ,CALLING AND ETC MY TIME MONEY BOTH ARE WASTED FOR LAST 6 MONTHS .SO I WANT TOTAL REFUND OF WHAT I PAID FOR MOBILE PURCHASE.”” SO I WANT HELP AND MAKE A STRICT ACTION ON HTC.
