i have given interview with IBM for non vice.i got selected.actually my friend has refer. but those hr my no has given to consultancy people. he is telling go for again interview. and telling you will be on our payroll. and you will get less salary. 3 days i visited .even some girls visited 4 times . after selection also they are doing crime. telling come on consultancy reference. they are spoiling company brand name
