HPCL site in not useful and friendly. when I tried to lodge a complaint on the site regarding my query/complaint for Aadhar card linking with my consumer number and bank account, I am not able to log. it asks for the distributor name in the drop down but not showing any names and also not filtering districts when the state is chosen.
All provided contact numbers are waste as you can not get through any number. When I tried a zonal number, it got connected but the person talked in a very harsh tone and kept the phone down. no surprises, that this is the way all govt. officials talk…
my only request is that the site should be working properly and also numbers should keep getting updated from time to time.
