how to withdraw from Country Vacations

I had joined Country vacations program me in Nov 2011. the payment of 70000/- was immediately deducted from my credit card. the payment of which i am making in equated monthly installments of 2840 monthly to the credit card bank. i want to discontinue it and cancell the CV account. don’t want it. it is a burden . how to if it is possible. please anyone.tks
