I have purchased one 4door wardrobe from HOUSEFULL last year, when we bought the wardrobe we were told that it will be delivered in one week. But the wardrobe was delivered after 1 month or so. Recently the drawers in the wardrobe had some problems and the base of the drawers just came out. I registered a complaint to HouseFull via Phone and email on 05/06/12. I was informed the issue will be resolved in next 3-4 days. It has been more than 1.5 months and yet there has been no revert from them. I have been sending them mails, calling them but they just don’t seem to be interested.
AVOID HOUSEFULL FURNITURE. They are just not in position to service you. there is no proper mechanism to look into your issues and no proper escalation matrix.
