HOUSEFULL: Worst Services from the Furniture Vendor.

I have purchased one 4door wardrobe from HOUSEFULL last year, when we bought the wardrobe we were told that it will be delivered in one week. But the wardrobe was delivered after 1 month or so. Recently the drawers in the wardrobe had some problems and the base of the drawers just came out. I registered a complaint to HouseFull via Phone and email on 05/06/12. I was informed the issue will be resolved in next 3-4 days. It has been more than 1.5 months and yet there has been no revert from them. I have been sending them mails, calling them but they just don’t seem to be interested.
AVOID HOUSEFULL FURNITURE. They are just not in position to service you. there is no proper mechanism to look into your issues and no proper escalation matrix.

    Yes, I do fully agree with you. I ordered 2 items and housefull never tells the status update. They simply don’t have tracking mechanism/system in place. moreover they take the money in advance so in case if there is any problem/delay in the order, only customer has to bear it. this is not good in terms of setting up the reputation of online furniture in the market. I tried calling their customer care, assembly ,delivery phone numbers, anybody hardly picks it..and once picked people only speak on what is mention in your challan and nothing more info about the order status. On escalation,they don’t have any escalation matrix, you will never get any escalation email or phone. So everybody in the whole housefull department play a safe game..:-)

    I am also awaitng for a delivey which they promised last1 week while booking , now it is 3 week & no response at all.
