House Owner not returning the Deposit amount back

Hi,
I had taken a flat on rent in Karve nagar in pune before one year. Now I have left the flat some days back, but the House owner is not ready to return the Deposit amount. Even I have the agreement copy and the deposit condition is also mentioned there. Please help.
