I booked hotel sagorika gnagtok from flywithtiger.com on 28th Dec 2012 for date 23rd to 25th January 2013 and cancelled the same on 3rd Jan 2013. Now company is saying they will deduct entire amount. But it was not mentioned on their site in cancellation policy. It was mentioned Rs. 250 will get deduct and on hotel website in cancellation policy it has mentioned Rs.350 will deduct. After booking i received confirmation in that voucher they have mentioned entire amount will get deduct if cancel but not informed me before booking. If i have cancelled ticket more than 15 days before then they can deduct nominal charge if i am not using their service then.
