I have booed through Travelguru for hotel room on Dt.23.11.2012, paid them in their A/c IcIcI Bankj Udupi, Rs.1600.00 on confirmation that Check in dates may very on reaching to the Destination Hotel @ Mysore, Hotel Bombay Tiffanys, but on reaching to the Mysore I found that check in dates have not been(Change) informed to the concerned Hotel management by the travel guru, contact person Preeti, contact no:09222272222, so on 26.11.2012 check in date shouild have changed to 27.11.2012. but Hotel management have told me that they cannot provide me the accommodation on next day that is on 27.11.2012, now travelguru says they cannot give me money back to me. this tantamount s to cheqating, i have specifically told and then booked or I could have booked other one i have got email mesage for booking and contact nos
