Dear sirs, I have booked and paid for hotel booking @ Mysore, on Dt.23.11.2012 and I have booked for November 26 2012, and check out 27 november 2012, and on booking time I have specifically requested for Check in date may change, so I have booked on their assuranec from their contact person , Preety. I have paid them 1600=00 to thier companies account ICICI Bank, deposited @ Udupi Br. On 27.11.2012 The Hotel @ Mysore Bombay Tiffanies, told me that Travel Guru have not informed so we can not provide u the date on 27.11.2012, and I could not be able to stay there. Now Travel guru not responding to my querry. Hotel management is not refunding the money paid . I have not got service from Travel Guru for which I have paid.
