I have an postpaid airtel connectiom. and They forced me to change the connection to postpaid and now that I am being charge big money I wanted to get the plan changed to corporate connection and they have not been of any help.. now i have been charged for unnecessary usage.And when asked for details on it and details to get plan changed, they have not been responding from the past 5 days.i have sent repeated e-mail and also made sevral call, no vain.When we call the customer care, they have nothing to help. All they say is they only provide voice support. What do we do when we have issues like this and need to get issues escalated. WHOM DO WE CONTACT??????
Just getting fake commitments, No ownership from any one, could not see any escalation matrix.
Kindly get this sorted asap as i do not want to pay bills lik that repeatedly for services that i have not requested for.
