My double door electrolux fridge stopped working completely. Made atleast 15 calls to their service franchise Axim Electronics.
In the past one week, they have not even bothered to pick up my fridge for repairing. Called 20 times and write so many emails to their support centres.. They used to send one routine reply with no action which has now ben stopped.
They do nto provide any escalation contacts. ENtire company is full of inefficient and rude employees.
I got so frustrated that I had to buy a new fridge 2 days back.
I need to file a consumre case against this company.
Will never ever buy any product of videocon and electrolux as the owner is same… blood sucker people….
Friends buy any of the products at your own risk.. with zero service support….
