Issue occurred on Indore to Aurangabad 14 October 2014:
Hi, I needed to board the bus from Chegaon Makhan, a stop point between Indore and Aurangabad. As the boarding point is not available on the website for this route, I called their helpline on Indore (0731-2510007 and 9753123000) and clearly informed them about the issue. The customer rep said fine, please book the ticket from Indore (I clearly pointed Dhakkan Wala Kua
Indore was the only available boarding point and not their pickup point in Chegaon Makhan). He replied me not to worry and assured me to book the ticket by selecting ‘Dhakkan Wala Kua Indore’ in boarding point and passenger can board bus at Chegaon Makhan without any issue.
Simply put, I paid entire fare from Indore to Aurangabad without any issue. Now upon reaching bus at ‘Chegaon Makhan’ the bus driver was very rude with everyone and simply refused to understand the situation. My mother (having some very urgent personal work) halfheartedly boarded the bus and driver kept repeating how grateful she should be for him letting us board the bus. My mother not knowing the detailed conversation and confirmation which I received while booking the ticket kept quiet.
It is very sad to see such rude, unprofessional behavior of the driver (his name is Ram Singh) and my repeated calls to the Indore helpline yielded no fruit. The helpline kept disconnecting the call and not addressing the issue. If they cannot treat people properly and because of the gap in their communication (In this case, the helpline representative should have informed the driver about the issue) and blame it on customer is highly unacceptable. If someone can please help and provide me any way to contact the senior official of Hans Travel , I would be really grateful.
