Name of company/service: Tikona
I have opted for tikono service on 2nd June. Since then I have not got a proper internet connect. Every-time Tikona customer care says we have raised a ticket etc..I am unable to use the internet. They have already collected the money for 3 months but they are not providing any solution. Why is Tikona experimenting on my expense. I want complete refund of money as I am unable to use the internet service at all.
